Ryan - Our CEO & Operations Director
Ryan leads Event Medical Solutions SW CIC with a clear vision: delivering reliable, professional, and community-focused medical support at every event we serve. With a strong background in both leadership and event medical operations, he drives our commitment to high standards, effective teamwork, and exceptional care. Ryan’s passion for innovation and community impact shapes the direction of our organisation and the service our teams provide.
Jim - Clinical Lead
Jim brings over 50 years of NHS experience as a highly respected Registered Nurse, combining a lifetime of frontline clinical practice with deep knowledge of event medicine. His journey began as a young volunteer with St John Ambulance, where his passion for care, training, and service first took root.
Today, Jim leads our clinical operations with unmatched expertise, steady leadership, and a commitment to the highest standards of patient care. His vast experience guides our team, ensuring every event we support is safe, well-prepared, and clinically sound.
Craig - HR and Wellbeing
Craig plays a central role in both the people and operational sides of Event Medical Solutions SW CIC. As our HR & Wellbeing Lead, he is dedicated to creating a supportive, positive, and fair working environment for all team members. From recruitment and staff development to pastoral support and wellbeing initiatives, Craig ensures our medics feel valued, heard, and equipped to deliver their best on every shift.
In addition to his HR responsibilities, Craig works closely with Ryan in the operational management of the organisation. He helps plan resources, coordinate teams, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring that every event runs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
